We all know that in this world, it is very important to possess a positive attitude. Without positive thinking it is very difficult to transform your life, because what you think you become. If you feel negative about yourself you will attract negativity in your life and on the other hand if you think positive, you will attract positivity into your life. 

Let us take an example to understand this. If you have some negative perceptions about themselves like I am dull, I am weak, I do not have a strong personality or many more, after sometime you will feel you become like that. Like most of the people think that they are weak in mathematics, due to some negative references they have in their past, or most of the people have a fear of mathematics, so due to these negative belief about themselves, they will not be able to be good at mathematics, because their mind do not allow themselves to work on their weakness or take any input from outside, because their belief is so strong about themselves.

And when you repeat positive affirmations continuously, positive impact raises into your body rather than negative impacts. And the biggest cause of stress is keep worrying about something again and again. For example- if I can crack the examination or not, will I be able to win the match. These type of self doubt will lower your probability to achieve your goals. That's why it is said that believe in yourself and have a positive attitude, you will achieve anything in your life.
